Service Description
Essential acrylic fill-in maintenence service designed to refresh new growth and restore the appearance of your existing acrylic set. This classic maintenance appointment keeps your nails looking polished, balanced, and beautifully maintained between full services. Perfect for clients returning for their regular acrylic fill-in appointment. Includes detailed nail preparation, acrylic fill-in application, shaping, and gel polish finish. Includes short – xl length, detailed cuticle care, structure correction, apex adjustment, and solid gel colour &/or designs.
Cancellation Policy
A $20 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your remaining service balance. Cancellations and rescheduling requests require at least 48 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Missed appointments and no-shows will also forfeit the deposit. A new $20 deposit will be required before booking another appointment. Clients are considered late after 10 minutes. Depending on the time remaining, your service may need to be shortened, modified, or canceled. If the appointment can no longer be accommodated, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If Holliwood Studio must cancel your appointment and a suitable replacement date cannot be arranged, your deposit will be refunded. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy. All No-show clients are responsible for the remaining balance of the missed service. The outstanding balance and a new $20 deposit must be paid before booking any future appointments with Holliwood Studio.
